Music is a Birthright
The spirit of music is participation. We think the closest place to music is to be in the front row of the concert — but even closer: the music emanates from within our body.
Music is a social technology, one of humanity’s greatest teachers. If this is true, how do we use music to connect us to ourselves, each other, and the greater-than-human world? Artists and mystics experience the universe as saturated with meaning: what lessons must we learn to elevate our creativity to the sacred?
My offerings coax people into seeing themselves as creators, and experience the dignity of being artists.
